An exercise in the lost art of blending (Riesling, Sylvaner, Chasselas, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris). Vinified on the full lees in barriques for one year, La Danse des Corbeax or The Dance of the Crows is piercing and round, with layers of citrus fruits, an elegant texture, grip and salinity.
